张兰芝，2001年毕业于山东师范大学物理系，2004年于中国原子能科学研究院获得硕士学位，2007年于中科院高能物理研究所获得博士学位。2011年进入长春理工大学工作，2019年进入山东师范大学工作，现为物理与电子科学学院讲师，硕士生导师。

主要从事飞秒激光成丝及其应用研究，已在Optics Express、Journal of Physics D、Optics Communications等本领域著名学术期刊上发表学术论文十余篇。先后主持山东省自然科学基金面上项目1项，横向课题2项，作为骨干研究人员参加国家自然科学基金等国家级项目6项。
