杨诚,男,教授,博士生导师, 国际先进材料学会会士(IAAM Fellow),IEEE 高级会员(Senior Member)。国家“小平科技创新团队”指导教师,“挑战杯”国赛优秀指导教师。2011年毕业于韩国成均馆大学,获得工学博士学位,2019-2020年美国纽约州立大学电子工程学院访学。长期从事新型光电器件的制备及其性能研究,与国家纳米科学中心,南开大学,美国纽约州立大学,韩国成均馆大学等建立了广泛的合作。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等项目多项,发表AM, AFM,ACS Nano,Nano Letters,Biosensors and Bioelectronics 等SCI论文110篇,其中TOP期刊50多篇,论文被引用5000次,授权发明专利25项。
