     杜学舰,男,1989年5月出生,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。2017年毕业于山东大学微电子学院,获微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位。2021.01-2022.01,澳门大学访问学者。主要从事宽禁带氧化物半导体材料与器件、表面增强拉曼散射等领域的相关研究,在Appl. Mater. Today、APL PhotonicsOpt. Laser Technol.、Opt. Express、Vacuum、J. Mater. Sci.等国际主流期刊发表SCI收录论文20余篇。主持山东省自然科学基金1项,中国博士后面上项目1项,山东省博士后创新项目1项,山东师范大学青年科技项目培育基金1项。
